About the founder
“If you’d told the ‘little me’ that one day, I’d be running a digital company, I would’ve probably grinned and said, “Of course, I will. I want to be a businesswoman and provide jobs.” The signs were always there. I collected brand labels like treasure. I made fake ads on PowerPoint in 6th grade and wrote my first HTML code in 5th (yes, I was that kid). By college, I was already running small brand projects. Just me, my laptop and a lot of curiosity. Then came an exciting two-year stint at Google India’s Brand and Creative team, where I learned what makes brands unforgettable. And that’s when YBS Digital came to life. So here we are. YBS Digital. A place where creativity meets strategy, where AI meets storytelling and where brands don’t just grow but make an impact.

Creative Specialist
Sees the world in beautiful color palettes. If something’s even slightly misaligned, she’ll spot it. Loves brand manuals, coffee that’s way too strong and singing her heart out whether on stage or just to her own creative flow.
Sakshi Tiwari
Content & Marketing Specialist
Writes, strategizes, automates to keep the digital wheels turning. When not in marketing mode, she’s either zooming off on her bike, sneaking in a power nap or on a mission to spot the next big trend.
Mukesh Samleti
UX Designer
Turns ideas into visuals at lightning speed. If it’s on a screen, he’s made it look good. Off the clock, he swaps the mouse for a guitar, a camera or whatever gets the creativity flowing.
Scene 1: Where It All Started (2019-2021)
It all started with a coffee-stained notebook, a laptop that overheated too often and a simple "Let's just try this." Our Founder and Managing Director, Sakshi Gaikwad was still in college when the first client, a small school project landed on her plate. No fancy office, no team, just a one-woman army figuring things out as she went. And somehow, one project turned into two, then five, then 25+. Brands kept coming back, not for the big talk, but because the work actually delivered. No investors, no shortcuts. Just marketing and tech solutions that made sense, built with nothing but instinct and a whole lot of late nights.
Scene 2: A Google Detour (2022-2023)
For two years, the ‘boss of one’ became part of something much bigger: Google. Corporate ID, big meetings, inside access to how the industry giants played the game. But, staying put was never the plan, some ideas just need room to grow. Even with all the perks, the itch to build something of her own never faded. YBS wasn’t a side hustle waiting in the wings, it was a dream hitting pause before its biggest comeback.
Scene 3: The Rebirth. YBS Digital (2024-Present)
2024. No more solo missions, YBS Digital was here. A name, a team and a lineup of brands that weren’t just looking for marketing fluff, but strategies that actually did the heavy lifting. In just a year? 5+ people, purpose-led projects and work spanning sustainability, travel & hospitality, SaaS, B2B, pet care and beyond. And this is just the start. Can’t wait to see what’s next…
