The Mind Behind YBS
“If you'd told the 'little me' that one day, I'd be running a digital company, I would've probably grinned and said, "Of course, I will. I want to be a businesswoman and provide jobs." The signs were always there. I collected brand labels like treasure. I made fake ads on PowerPoint in 6th grade and wrote my first HTML code in 5th (yes, I was that kid). By college, I was already running small brand projects. Just me, my laptop and a lot of curiosity. Then came an exciting two-year stint at Google India's Brand and Creative team, where I learned what makes brands unforgettable. And that's when YBS Digital came to life.
So here we are. YBS Digital. A place where creativity meets strategy, where AI meets storytelling and where brands don't just grow but make an impact.”

A Timeline of Taking the Leap (Again and Again)
Where It All Started
It all started with a coffee-stained notebook, a laptop that overheated too often and a simple "Let's just try this." Our Founder and Managing Director, Sakshi Gaikwad was still in college when the first client landed on her plate. No fancy office, no team, just a one-woman army figuring things out as she went. And somehow, one project turned into two, then five, then 25+.
A Google Detour
For two years, the 'boss of one' became part of something much bigger: Google. Corporate ID, big meetings, inside access to how the industry giants played the game. But, staying put was never the plan, some ideas just need room to grow.
The Rebirth. YBS Digital
2024. No more solo missions, YBS Digital was here. A name, a team and a lineup of brands that weren't just looking for marketing fluff, but strategies that actually did the heavy lifting. In just a year? 5+ people, purpose-led projects and work spanning sustainability, travel & hospitality, SaaS, B2B, pet care and beyond.
