As a Digital Marketing Specialist at YBS Digital, you'll be a key player in driving our clients' success through innovative and effective marketing strategies. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from Ad campaigns and brand building to social media campaigns and performance analysis.
What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Manage and optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual assets align with the overall marketing strategy.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Leverage generative AI tools to enhance marketing efforts and streamline processes.
The Skills We Seek (Your Superpowers):
2+ years of experience in digital marketing
Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques
Proficiency in content creation and management tools
Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and generative AI tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on industry trends
Basic understanding of low-code and no-code platforms
Bonus Points:
Experience with content management systems (CMS) – a handy skill to have!
Knowledge of marketing automation tools – a marketing whiz is always a bonus!
