We are seeking a dynamic and creative storyteller to join our team at YBS Digital as a Creative Specialist - Design and Video. As a Creative Specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind our eye-catching visuals. You'll be a key player in collaborating with the marketing team to create a wide range of content, from social media graphics to best in class marketing presentations to engaging motion graphic and explainer videos. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content ideas and bringing them to life (Video, Audio and Images). This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic designing, content marketing for both B2B and B2C brands, motion graphic video creation and video editing.
What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):
Design: Craft stunning graphic elements for various marketing materials, including social media posts, presentations, website elements, and more using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Create motion graphics: Conjure up captivating video content, including explainers, product demos, and social media videos, with your mastery of motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Video editing: Take raw footage and weave it into seamless, engaging stories with your video editing expertise.
Brand identity: Ensure a consistent and impactful visual brand identity is maintained across all marketing materials.
Stay ahead of the curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest design and video editing trends.
Team player: Collaborate closely with the marketing team on creative strategy and planning.
The Skills We Seek (Your Superpowers):
1+ years of experience in graphic design and video creation.
Adobe Creative Cloud mastery (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Firefly, Adobe Express, etc.)
A keen eye for design and a passion for visual storytelling.
The ability to translate complex ideas into clear and visually captivating content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude – we're all about good vibes!
A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to top-notch quality.
Bonus Points:
Experience with animation or 3D design – a big plus!
Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices – shows you understand the bigger picture.
Understanding of script writing and copywriting.
